Expert Interview with Rob Goodman
Rob is the rector of Holy Trinity Anglican Church. He is passionate about transformation and spiritual wellbeing.
He believes that our practices link our identity to our hope. Our practices, the things we do every day either intentionally or unintentionally, reveal the truths about who we really are and the lies that we have believed. Our practices also have the power to lead us to live as we truly are and become who we were meant to be. Paradoxically, our transformation results in becoming what we have always been—Beloved.
Rob is a spiritual director at Horizons, the rector of Holy Trinity Anglican Church, and a frequent facilitator of spiritual practices at the Reorient Collective.
Join us live! Friday, Nov 18th at 12:00pm Eastern Time

#MMQuickTip
Distinguish “Highlights” from “I Was At My Best When”. Use the “Highlights” space to note memorable moments from your day, whether or not you had any control over them. A sunset, a great movie, time with your family, or a walk outside are all great highlights. Use the “I Was At My Best When” to note actions and/or attitudes that you actively took to grow. Two examples might be, “I set aside work in the evening to spend time with my spouse,” or “I said a kind word to a difficult coworker”.
