#MMQuickTip

The habit tracker on the right side of your weekly page spread is a tool to help you monitor your progress as you develop a new habit. As you do your weekly reflection, quickly glance back through the daily pages for that week and see which days you successfully accomplished your habit. Check off all the corresponding boxes on the weekly page. Be honest. It isn’t always easy to look at your weekly habit progress at a glance and realize you haven’t been as consistent as you could be, but the tracker isn’t there to make you feel discouraged. It is there as a support and reminder that you are entirely capable of developing better habits with time and commitment.

"The high value put upon every minute of time, the idea of hurry-hurry as the most important objective of living, is unquestionably the most dangerous enemy of joy."

—Herman Hesse
